MountainSeed Appraisal Management, LLC is a full service appraisal management outsourcing firm. MountainSeed Appraisal Management handles the entire process for our clients, from the bid/appraisal order all the way through to the technical appraisal review. We engage the correct appraiser for the specific need, monitor the progress of ordered appraisals, review and audit the completed appraisal, relay audit findings back to the appraiser, track audit findings and monitor approved appraisers within the standards of the Interagency Guidelines on Appraisals and Evaluations and finally provide the bank with the completed appraisal and review form. We have a continuous relationship with our bank clients and the appraisal community to ensure that appraisals are accurate and completed on time. We securely retain all regulatory required documents (off site) for a minimum of five years to ensure that documents are accessible when needed.
