David Green is co-founder and principal of MountainSeed Appraisal Management where he directs operations and execution of the daily operations. David's primary responsibilities include overseeing the chief appraisers, relationship managers, appraisal coordinators, and ensuring that MountainSeed Appraisal Management is delivering on its promises to its clients with a great attitute. 

Prior to founding MountainSeed Appraisal Management, David was a co-founder of MountainSeed Advisors, a consulting firm based in Tampa, and Atlanta.

At MountainSeed Advisors David managed all financial underwriting for MountainSeed's active and prospective valuation engagements, maintained cash flows, and worked with various lenders, private equity and investment bankers to meet the needs of each engagement. David has advised some of the leading investment firms and financial institutions in the world including Goldman Sachs, Carlyle Group, Keefe Bruyette and Wood, Sandler O'Neill, Citigroup and others, and has been recognized consistently as an expert in the valuation of real estate, analysis of loan portfolio's and management of difficult situations.

David gained work experience through his time at Ernst & Young where he specialized in audit and compliance for large regional lenders. He furthered that experience at the boutique firm Barfield, Murphy PC.

David is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Auburn University, and holds a Masters in Accountancy from the Auburn Business School.

 

 

  

  

  

Carl Streck is co-founder of MountainSeed Appraisal Management and manages new and existing client relationships, strategic planning, and operational oversight. Through years in the development and consulting industries, Carl has become an expert in the evaluation of all types of real estate collateral, as well as in the development of creative solutions for problem properties. Carl has been the catalyst for MountainSeed's alliances with some of the world’s leading institutional investment management firms, leading money center banks, and top 10 hedge funds. The firm's many ongoing relationships are testimony to his commitment to client success.

Carl has worked as an advisor to many of the World's leading investments firms and has been recognized throughout the investment community as a real estate expert. He has led numerous round table groups and conferences for leading money management firms, including Angelo, Gordon & Co., Citi Group, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, SAC Capital, Blackrock and others.Carl is also actively involved in many business and community organizations, including YoungLife, Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Home Builders. He serves on the executive team for the real estate network of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Carl lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
