MountainSeed Appraisal Management was founded under the principals of continuing to add value to our clients every day in our service offerings, and in daily life. One way we have found this is possible is through our AMC appraisal platform.

Some of the features of MountainSeed's Appraisal Management 
platform are:

• We work with your approved appraiser panel to timely bid or assign the orders you place online
• Assist you in adding appraisers to your panel for out of market loans
• Assist your appraisers in gathering all relevant information to complete their assignment
• Handle the appraiser engagement process
• Keep you updated on the progress through out web based system
• Once a completed appraisal is received a MountainSeed appraiser will perform a USPAP technical review
• Correspond with the appraiser in a friendly manner if there are any changes or questions our appraisers have in the report
• Perform a final Quality Control review on the appraisal
• Upload the completed appraisal and review to you

Through this process we work with State and Federal agencies to understand the ways that we can continue to improve and try and pass that information along to our clients. It is because of this that we have been featured in many industry publications including National Mortgage News, American Banker, Housing Wire, The Virginia Banker, Tennessee Banker, and spoken at local and national events for the American Bankers Association, Michigan Bankers Association, SNL Financial, Georgia Bankers Association, and others.

We believe that if we quit adding value to our clients they shouldn't have to work with us anymore! With that said, our service is strictly pay as you go. No setup fees, no minimum orders. If you ever feel like the service isn't offering you what you need you simply quit using us. In addition to this, you don't even have to use us for everything. You can order full appraisals and review, reviews only, orders only, or one of our other offerings a la carte!
